Zoom Chat

We noticed today Zoom has updated their chat function which may be problematic for some users and we may need to adjust our instructions to accommodate some CLE users.

Gone are the dropdowns in the chat box where a host/user can select a specific participant or select all. Now to chat with an individual you must first go to the pen/paper icon and set up a specific chat with that person. If you are chatting with multiple individuals separately, this now means you will have a chat icon for each of those conversations.

Happy to jump on Zoom to demonstrate and discuss further. I suspect this change is universal to the Zoom product and not changeable?
